Curbmatic moves your trash and recycling bins to the curb on collection day and returns them after pickup—so you never miss trash day again. 

  1. What is Curbmatic?

Curbmatic is a professional valet service that handles the heavy lifting by moving your trash and recycling bins to the curb on service days and returning them to their storage spot once they are emptied. 

2. Who can use this service? 

We service residential homes, seniors, disabled residents, busy professionals, Airbnb hosts, and property managers of HOA's. 

3. Do you haul away the trash? 

No. We don’t haul or dispose of trash. We manage your bins only getting them to the curb and back after city or private waste pickup.

4. How often do you come?

Service is provided based on your local pickup schedule—weekly or bi-weekly according to your selected plan

5. Do I need to be home during service?

No. Once your bins are accessible, our team handles everything. You’ll receive time-stamped photo confirmation through your client portal. 

6. What areas do you serve? 

We currently serve residential and commercial clients in Amherst, NY and surrounding areas. Expansion areas are updated regularly.

7. How can I get $10 off my service? 

Simply share your unique referral link from your member portal, and we will automatically apply a $10 credit after your referral  isto your account for every neighbor who signs up for a trial. 

8. What if my pickup day changes or is delayed due to holidays or weather? 

We automatically adjust your service schedule based on city collection updates, so your bins are always out on the right day.

9. What if my bins are full or damaged? 

We’ll still complete your bin placement. If there’s an issue, we’ll note it in your client portal and send a photo notification for your awareness. 

10. How do I cancel or pause my membership? 

You can cancel or pause anytime through your online account or by contacting support at Support@Curbmatic.com. There are no hidden fees or penalties.
