Service Photo Consent (Membership-Based Services)

By enrolling as a Curbmatic LLC Member and using Curbmatic’s services, the Member expressly consents to the collection, capture, and use of photographic images or digital recordings (“Service Photos”) taken by Curbmatic’s independent contractors (“Service Providers”) during the performance of bin-to-curb services.

Service Photos are captured as part of Curbmatic’s membership service requirements and are used solely for operational verification, time-stamped service confirmation, quality assurance, member support, and dispute resolution. Images may include exterior areas of the property, curbside locations, and visible surroundings reasonably necessary to document service completion.

Member Acknowledgment and Agreement

By maintaining an active membership, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Authorization
Curbmatic LLC and its Service Providers are authorized to capture, upload, transmit, and store Service Photos as a standard condition of membership and service delivery.

Ownership and Use
All Service Photos are the exclusive property of Curbmatic LLC and may be retained, archived, reviewed, or deleted at Curbmatic’s discretion in accordance with operational and legal requirements.

Privacy Limitations
Service Photos are not intended to capture identifiable individuals, interior areas, or private spaces beyond the service area. Any incidental capture shall not constitute a violation of this agreement.

Data Protection
Service Photos are stored and managed in compliance with applicable privacy, data protection, and data-retention laws.

Contractor Access
Independent contractors authorized to perform services are contractually bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations when capturing and submitting Service Photos.

License Grant / No Compensation
The Member grants Curbmatic LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Service Photos solely for operational, administrative, training, and service improvement purposes. No compensation is owed for such use.

Waiver of Claims
By continuing membership, the Member waives any claim arising from the authorized capture, storage, or use of Service Photos as described in this agreement.
