No. Our service is completely hands-free. Our team places your bins at the curb before collection day and returns them after pickup. You don't need to be home during either visit.

After each completed service, you'll receive a timestamped photo confirmation through your Customer Portal and, if enabled, by text or email. You'll always have proof that your bins were serviced.

Our team operates in most weather conditions to keep your trash day on schedule. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we'll notify you of any service changes as quickly as possible. 

Absolutely. We can service multiple trash, recycling, and yard waste bins. Your membership includes a specific number of bins depending on your plan, with additional bins available if needed.

No long-term contracts are required. You can cancel anytime according to the terms of your membership.

We currently serve select communities and continue expanding into new neighborhoods. Enter your address during signup to check availability.

No problem. Just let us know, and we'll update your service schedule so your bins are always moved on the correct collection day. 

For safety reasons, bins should be accessible on your scheduled service day. If gates are locked or bins are blocked by vehicles or other obstacles, service may be delayed or rescheduled.
