Curbmatic LLC – Membership Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Membership Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the termination or cancellation of Curbmatic LLC membership services, including bin-to-curb valet services (“Service”). By enrolling as a Curbmatic Member, you agree to the terms set forth herein.

2. Cancellation by Member

2.1 Notice Requirement

All membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Support@Curbmatic.com at least fourteen (14) days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal and associated charges.

2.2 Required Information

Curbmatic reserves the right to request additional verification to confirm the identity of the requesting Member.

2.3 Free Trial Cancellation

Members enrolled in a 14-day free trial may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the first quarterly membership term.

2.4 No Prorated Refunds

Once a billing cycle or membership term has begun, no prorated, partial, or unused-service refunds will be issued, regardless of the cancellation date.

3. Cancellation by Curbmatic

Curbmatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership, with or without notice, if:

Curbmatic may elect not to renew a membership at its sole discretion. When applicable, notice of non-renewal will be provided no less than thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, service will continue through the end of the current paid membership term. The Member remains responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

Curbmatic is not responsible for trash or recycling services after membership termination. Account access, data, and service records may be removed or archived following cancellation in accordance with Curbmatic’s data-retention policies.

5. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Charges

All Curbmatic memberships automatically renew on a quarterly basis unless canceled in accordance with this Policy. The Member authorizes recurring charges until proper cancellation is submitted and confirmed in writing by Curbmatic.

6. Confirmation of Cancellation

A written cancellation confirmation will be sent once the request has been processed. It is the Member’s responsibility to retain this confirmation for their records.
